William Madison serves as Vice President of Cloud Sales for North America. Madison is responsible for enabling accelerated growth and adoption of Avaya cloud solutions with customers and partners, including the new Avaya Cloud Office UCaaS offer resulting from the company’s recent strategic partnership with RingCentral. Madison has been recognized with several industry awards, most recently the 2019 Circle of Excellence at Channel Partners. Prior to Avaya, Madison held several leadership roles focused on establishing new strategic partnerships and building specific sales alliances expanding routes to market and increasing near and long-term revenue contributions.
Doug Renner, Regional Vice President of Sales – Avaya Partnership (RingCentral)
Douglas Renner is RingCentral’s Regional Vice President of Sales for their new strategic partnership with Avaya. Renner leads a global sales organization supporting Avaya and its partner community in helping clients understand, deploy and adopt the new Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral UCaaS solution. Prior to RingCentral, Renner held multiple leadership positions at Avaya/Nortel (18 years) and for a global communications provider selling both Avaya and RingCentral solutions.
